Selected Product Work
StreetVision
- Founding designer: shaped the original concept on a winning hackathon team, then led design as the only designer on the Public Sector team from first concept through public launch, establishing the product's UX vision with product, engineering, and data science.
- Designed a script-driven, high-fidelity Figma prototype before engineering began, which drove early interest and buy-in at industry events and opened doors to customer conversations.
- Interviewed state DOT staff alongside the PM and refined the design over several rounds, shaping a road-safety analytics platform used by 10 state DOTs and recognized with the 2026 Platinum Pinnacle Award for Urban Infrastructure Innovation.
Enterprise Customer Portal
- Owned UI/UX for all of the company's customer portals, supporting product areas including IoT, consumer, claims, analytics, fleet, and customer support, with squads across the US, India, and Budapest.
- Built the shared design system and partnered with each squad's PM to make design a standard step for every feature added to the portal.
- Facilitated cross-squad collaboration to reduce duplicated effort.
- Built UI directly in code with AI-assisted tools, handing engineers working front-end branches tested against staging data.
Claims Platform (Claims Exchange & Crash Reconstruction)
- Led UX discovery and product design for complex insurance claims workflows, using adjuster interviews, workflow analysis, competitive research, and concept validation to identify opportunities and shape product direction.
- Designed data-intensive experiences for crash reconstruction, points of interest, severity, and damage assessment, translating complex telematics and crash data into intuitive workflows for claims professionals.
- Used insights from adjuster interviews to evolve product direction and workflows in partnership with product, engineering, data science, and claims-domain stakeholders.
Market Validation (Vehicle Protection)
- Designed a market-validation (fake-door) test for a new consumer vehicle-protection product; the results became a deciding factor in a partnership with a major consumer security brand, and the product later launched.
